Testimonials
I only met Jacky recently, i.e. within the past year but, because she is so incredibly easy to be with, I not only feel I have known her for years but I also know I have made a good friend. In her business capacity, she has helped me on many occasions giving help and advice. She is been a wonderful 'sounding board' and always thinks carefully about any situation before advising - even if the advice is 'against' what I hope she'll say, she is always fair and unbiased. I highly recommend her to anybody that needs business support and advise.

“I found Jacky’s knowledge inspirational on our mentoring call and the information that she was able to pass on very generous to help with the progress of the VA side of my business.”Busy Bees Consultancy
'I was always desirous of being my own boss and after 20 plus years of working in banks, government organisations and the charitable sector, I decided to utilise my skills and experience to become a Virtual Assistant. This has been a long journey, fraught with manic attacks about how to move forward with my plans! I was doing some online research when I came across the IAVA website and signed up for their complimentary 30 minute telephone call with Jacky. I cannot understand why I had not done all this sooner. Jacky was kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the VA Business. Our conversation was both enjoyable and informative. Not only did she provide me with great practical advice and information for which I am immensely grateful, she was definitely a confidence booster and I can't thank her enough'.Paulette Johnson
I have known Jacky in various guises for several years – her advisory capacity has been something that I have truly valued in recent times. As a sole trader there have been some trying moments and Jacky has never ceased to be steadfast in her and understanding of the trials and tribulations of running a business alone in turbulent times – her advice has been full of common sense, provided much needed perspective and all of it delivered with warmth, humour, extreme patience and an unerring will to succeed. Every serious business owner should have a business ‘aunt’ ….Michele Seymour, Balance Matters
I must say that Your Business Aunt is such an apt name! You really did feel like a trusted family friend who had my best interests at heart! It’s funny how sometimes just having someone to let you spill it all out, allows you to come up with your own answers that were there all along, they just need to be voiced.Janice
